Welcome. These Terms explain how zadelifestyle.com works and what we both agree to when you browse or place an order. We’ve kept them clear on purpose.

When we say “ZADE”, “we”, or “us”, we mean ZADE ETERNAL ANANTA LLP trading as ZADE by Infinity.
We work with independent brand partners who list beautiful work on our platform. We curate the house and run checkout; each partner remains responsible for the quality and fulfilment of their own pieces, as described on the product page.
1. Using the site
By using the site or ordering, you confirm you’re able to enter into this agreement under Indian law, and that the details you share with us are true. Please keep your login private.
2. Our house
ZADE by Infinity is a curated home for intentional brands — fashion, jewellery, home, and lifestyle. We choose carefully who joins. Listing a brand doesn’t mean we make their products ourselves, unless we say so.
3. Products and prices
- What’s written on the product page — including dispatch notes — is part of what you’re buying
- Colours can look a little different from screen to screen
- Prices are in INR unless we say otherwise, and may change for future orders
- If we spot a clear pricing or description mistake, we may cancel the affected order and refund you fully
4. Orders and payment
- When you place an order, you’re offering to buy; we accept when we confirm and begin processing
- We may decline or cancel an order (for stock issues, suspected fraud, payment problems, or if we can’t fulfil)
- Payment is prepaid only. We don’t offer Cash on Delivery
Cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds follow our Returns, Exchange & Billing policy, which is part of these Terms.
5. Shipping
Shipping follows our Shipping policy. Dispatch times live on each product page and can differ by brand.
6. Kind use of the site
Please use the site respectfully. Don’t try to break it, scrape it unfairly, post anything unlawful, or place dishonest orders. We may pause access if we believe these Terms aren’t being followed.
7. Creative ownership
Our name, design, and content belong to us and are protected. Brand names and product images belong to their owners. Please don’t copy our materials for commercial use without written permission.
8. Reviews and notes you share
If you send us a review, photo, or feedback, you’re allowing us to use it to run and gently promote the platform. You still own what you created. Please only share what you’re allowed to share.
9. Our responsibility
As far as Indian law allows:
- we aren’t responsible for delays caused by partners, couriers, or events outside our reasonable control
- for any one order, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for that order
- nothing here removes liability that the law does not allow us to limit — including fraud or harm caused by negligence
10. Your privacy
How we handle personal details is in our Privacy & Cookies policy.
11. Links elsewhere
We may link to Instagram, WhatsApp, payment partners, or ZADE Club. Those places have their own rules; we’re not responsible for their content.
12. Updates
We may update these Terms. The dated version on this page applies to visits and orders after it goes live. We’ll note important changes when we can.
13. Law
These Terms follow the laws of India. Subject to protections you can’t give up as a consumer, disputes are handled by the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
